The City of Lake Park and the Lake Park Development Corporation (LPDC) are offering incentives on certain properties in downtown Lake Park.

The Community Center
Community Center
The Lake Park Community Center was completed in 2004 as a part of the new middle school/high school project. The building is a great place to hold your next meeting, reunion, wedding dance or graduation party and you can rent the whole facility or just half of it. Included is a kitchen, dance floor and numerous tables and chairs.
Renting the Community Center
To rent the Community Center, contact Carol Bergendahl at 712-832-3721. Separate checks are needed for rent and the cleaning deposit, which is $100.00. Rent for half of the building is $50.00 for the first two hours and $125.00 for anything over 2 hours. Rent for the full building is $100.00 for the first two hours and $200.00 for anything over 2 hours. Keys are to be picked up at City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The deposit only reserves the date desired and the reservation is not firm until both deposit and agreement have been delivered to the City Clerk.
